Places, tools and representations are used to release creative abilities by encouraging to see potential through such devices as narratives, models, storytelling, metaphores, analogies, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Approaches and Methods: from exploration to experimentation to execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify drivers that can push innovation in hospitality management\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critically analyze innovation strategies (design, tech, marketing or organisation led)\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess systems thinking approaches of innovation cases\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply systems thinking approaches to their own practice and articulate their findings in a professional manner.\u2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re-design innovation strategies in the hospitality industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2028Communicate clearly innovation scenarios, contextually relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Module 1 &amp; 2 &#8211; Innovation Models and Systems Mapping<br>Notions of innovation are evolving, requestioned by the implementation of (new or digital and algorithmic) technologies or pushed by change of behaviours enabled by those technologies. \u201cWhat is at stake?\u201d is the core question the students will work on, fuelled by \u201cWhy should we?\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Module 3 &amp; 4 &#8211; Scoping, Scaling, Shaping<br>A systems-approach to innovation requires to look at what is and what to de-center in order to identify spaces of possibilities. Change or maintain ? What is essential ? \u201cWhat if?\u201d will be at the core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Module 5 &amp; 6 &#8211; Designing and Prototyping<br>Designing is an activity and a process which turns creativity into meaningful outcomes. Design allows to go beyond management. \u201cHow might we?\u201d create value via innovation a.o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Module 7 &amp; 8 &#8211; Scenario Design \/ Presentations and discussions<br>Design needs to be shared and discussed, before any action of implementation or of production. Feedback will help reinforce approaches and allow to build stronger scenarios.
